Billing and Cancellation

How work is invoiced, and what happens when it stops early.

How we invoice

Against delivered milestones, not against elapsed calendar. A milestone that has not been accepted has not been billed.

If you cancel mid-project

You pay for the milestones delivered and accepted. Work in progress on the current milestone is charged at the proportion completed, evidenced, not estimated in our favour.

If we cannot deliver

Where we fail to deliver a milestone as specified, it is not billed. If it was already paid, it is refunded.

Disputed invoices

Tell us which line and why. We hold the invoice while it is discussed rather than letting it run into collection.

Timing

Approved refunds are processed on the next billing cycle and confirmed in writing to the same contact who raised it.
